Drawing as Discovery and Communication
This AutoCAD construction drawing serves not only as a precise guide for fabrication but also as a tool for uncovering design challenges and refining solutions. It bridges creative intent and practical execution through clear, detailed communication.
Las Vegas, 2024
Held at Mandalay Bay in August 2024, this private corporate event was designed by 8 Hands High and produced by Tall Tree Productions. Our team was responsible for the scenic engineering, fabrication, and operation of the event’s dynamic environment.
Guiding the Team
As Director of Operations, I believe mentorship is key to building strong, empowered teams. In this moment, I’m working alongside team members to troubleshoot an automated machine designed to move full-size automobile models while sharing knowledge, solving problems in real time, and reinforcing a culture of hands-on learning and collaboration.
Coordination
This exhibit supported the on-stage loading of a one-of-a-kind "clay" model representing years of automotive design and development. Our team coordinated closely with Subaru and show producers to ensure the careful, seamless loading of this priceless prototype for its debut.
